Is there a lot different between the 2006-2007 and the newest edition 2012-2013?
Could someone tell me must I buy new edition to study ?

Usually there is NOT much of a difference. So if you have the old ones I wouldnt spend money on the new ones. Only thing you should pay attention to is new antibiotic regimens/doses....the basic stuff...I studied from the 06 ones and I gave the exam in 09...and got a 89
