Academic change request AMCAS

I just got my academic change request approved, it increased my GPA slightly =.02. Will schools get update automatically, or do i have to send an update.

I applied to several schools before the change was made, when they access my application will they see my new grade? or will they see the older grade i had when i submitted?

Thanks any input would be greatly appreciated.
