Personally I would lean towards the scribe job simply for the experience. Yes, the pay is low, but you will be happy you chose the scribe job later on.

Agree with the above. I took a lower paying job for the experience and I'm happy I did. Build the skills you want for your career. In the long-run, it'll be worth more
