I was "conditionally accepted" a couple of weeks ago and have since completed my CBC report. I was arrested for a DUI several years ago, but it was dropped to a reckless driving misdemeanor. I reported the reckless driving misdemeanor on my primary and secondary apps, but didn't mention that I was arrested for a DUI (because it said to only include convictions). However, the CBC came back and showed my arrest. Though it did say that I was not guilty and that I was convicted of a misdemeanor instead. Am I being paranoid or should I be worried? I thought that I did everything correctly. Thanks.

Like you said, they asked about convictions. You don't have a DUI conviction even if arrested. I don't see anything dishonest worthy of worrying over. Innocent until proven guilty.

Were you drunk while driving? It doesn't matter now, but you're joining a profession where 1 in 6 have alcohol and drug related problems.

And what does that mean?

OP: You're fine.

Agree with the others that I wouldn't worry too much.

I read CBC as complete blood count at first and was like what med school needs a blood test for acceptance??

Anyway, if you answered everything truthfully and everything is consistent then you should be fine.

You don't think we want anyone with anemia, do you? 😉

OP, you'll be fine.

Congrats, OP! Oh, and based on what you've said and what I would expect, you'll be fine 🙂
