Access to medicines in Syria

Hi,

I would like to know what is the national policy on access to medicines in Syria. I'm representing Syria in a WHO simulation this weekend, and I need this information by tonight... If anyone can help or send me any e-documents or weblinks by tonight, it would be much appreciated.

PS: I checked on the Syrian ministry of health website, both English and Arabic versions, and I didn't find information about the national policy.
