I was exposed to a dust storm and dust in my apt moving boxes. I have had coughing for 24 hrs. I can induce a cough to produce gagging and sputum.
However, is there anyway to determine measurable long term effects on any type of test? Are the lungs necessarily resilient enough, to return to pre-exposure levels? Are there any meds that can help act as an expectorant to reduce toxicity of ingested or inhaled particulate matter? Thanks.
