Adding more dental schools to recieve my DAT mark?

Hi,

I registered to take DAT in mid July 08
and I selected 8 schools to recieve my DAT marks.

I just decided to apply to 2 more dental schools.
and I found the form "DAT SCORE REPORT"
In the form, it says
"check the dental school (s) you wish to send a copy of your test results"

Here is my question.
Since I already checked 8 schools when I registered DAT date,
Do I have to check only "two additional schools" in this form?

I was confused because at the bottom of this form, it said:
" For additional addresses, please use the back of this form."

So if it is for additional addresses, do I have to write the name of "two dental school" at the back of the form?

If you go onto the DAT website: http://www.ada.org/prof/ed/testing/dat/index.asp and look on the right side under "After the Test", you'll see both an electronic and paper link to "Request Score Report". I'd recommend using the electronic form (quicker and easier). You can designate whether this request is for a future test (which would be the case for you) or a past test.

Since this form is for a request to send scores to ADDITIONAL schools, you'll only need to select the 2 schools you want to add.

I'm not sure what your rationale is for adding 2 more schools BEFORE you take the DAT, but I'd recommend saving the $50 and waiting to see what your scores are. You can always request that additional score reports be sent to schools after you've taken the test. Since it takes a few weeks for them to verify your scores and send them to the schools you originally listed when you registered for the DAT, I think asking to have your scores sent to 2 additional schools at this point is a little premature.
