ADDing Personal Statement after you submitted

So I applied to a bunch of program yesterday but now I want to submit one of my PS. I go back to the program I applied to and select the PS. But what is the next step?

Based on my knowledge, you just have to click save. Applications haven't been sent out yet so you're just assigning documents to programs.
