Dear colleagues, is there an indication for adjuvant RT (after completion of adjuvant chemo) in a 45 yo pt , that has an endometrioid ADCa of the uterus , invading more than one third of the endometrium with bilateral mets to the ovaries and positive peritoneal cytology? No positive LNs.

Thx

Do it! 45 Gy for the whole pelvis incl. nodes, boost primary tumor sites to 54 Gy.

I would not boost but 45 Gy after chemo has a good chance of helping her.

Would treat whole pelvis to 45 Gy as well. I've seen a couple of nasty, symptomatic posterior cul-de-sac implants in patients with initial ovarian involvement and positive cytology who didn't get consolidative RT after chemo.

Would definitely treat WP 45Gy.
