advanced dental education programs considering admitting grduated of foreign dental s

Hi ,dear my friends .I'm foreign dentist and I want to admit to advanced education program in special dentistry like periodontics ,prothdontics, or endodontics,.
Please any foreign dentist admit to any of this program tell me how can I find program with low tuition. For foreign dentist as I want to admit to this program to practice dentistry in states that allow for foreign dentist who take special program to practice dentistry.
Now I study NBDE part 1 and part 2 and TOEFL.
Please any one have idea about special program. tell me.
