Advice for upcoming advanced PTeEXAM

I can't give advice b/c I haven't taken it yet...

I am hitting Burch Conquer the PTEeXAM hard this week. I understand that it is pretty high yield. I have a copy of Understanding Ultrasound Physics by Edelman on its way to review the physics next week. My friend who took it last year says that there were 15-20 of the physics questions on the test last year and they were pretty tough. He highly recommended both books.

I am also considering going through the 2010 ASCeXAM/ReASCE Review Course Online. It is $375 bucks for ASE members but is 21.5 hours of lecture time. I couldn't find an online PTEeXAM review.
