Has anyone tried studying going subject by subject? I'm trying to rent out the MCAT books and not have to buy them. I'm wondering if I will forget the information or not.

Otherwise, I will buy them if needed but can get the newest versions online for free. How would you study with only one subject for about a month? I have Princeton Reviews, but I am waiting for the newest Kaplan books.
I already know organic chemistry will take longer and is my worst subject. I will likely have to relearn everything. I'm in no rush. I plan on spending 6 months to a year to study for the exam.

Also, where can I find diagnostic tests online for free? People recommend taking alot of practice exams, but I have no idea where to get them. The ones online are about $100 from AAMC, but where else can I find them? Thanks!
