What do you think would be the best book to buy as a Medical Dictionary? and the best book to buy for my Physiology class?

Online resources are good, but I recommend you invest in a Stedman's Concise. It's detailed but small enough to carry with you wherever you study.

And I completely agree that you should not buy any textbooks or equipment until school starts.
