I have 4 rooms available on a first-come, first-served basis for professional students looking for affordable, short-term, temporary housing that are centrally located and have easy access to get to TMC hospitals and institutions doing their away rotations in the Houston Texas Medical Center.
These rooms are fully furnished, clean, affordable, all-inclusive, wi-fi internet, easily located along public transportation routes, as well as close to nearby workout facilities, groceries, and Houston restaurants and establishments.

I will require a 150 security deposit, proof of student enrollment, verification of rotation letter, and a 15 min phone or in-person consultation. Additionally, clients will be required to sign a lease agreement for dates encompassing the duration of their stay.
