After accepted, how much time to schools allow for you to decide?

After accepted, how much time do schools allow for you to decide?

usually 2-3 weeks. In your acceptance letter it will be clearly stated though. Then, because of the AMCAS agreement, you have until May 15th to make your final decision.

So, if accepted, a school can't drop you from the acceptance list even if you don't reply until May 15th?

No. After you accept the acceptance, you can still withdraw by May 15th.
 
I think that there's a deposit that you have to send the school, and depending on the school, sometimes they are refundable and sometimes they are not. If you withdraw before May 15, then you can get your deposit back (for the refundable schools), or if you end up going to the school, then I think they apply it to your first year tuition.
