I just signed up for a service called yapta (yapta.com)
It's supposed to refund money if the price drops. Also if you haven't bought the ticket it will tell you if the price drops. I like the Yapta it! icon on the airline's website. Now, I can't say it works because I just started using it for my first flight, but it can't hurt.
As I am a skeptic I didn't put my confirmation number in it, since it's not required. Call me paranoid.
I really hope it works!!!

PS: It might only work with IE

There's also a service called calling the airline and getting your ticket reissued. Some will charge you a ticket change fee; others will not. I have had better luck getting the change fee waived by calling the airline directly rather than Expedia/Travelocity, etc.

Most of the major travel brokers also have programs which will alert you when your various destinations price drops below whatever price you set.
