Airline Staff Psychologist

Does anyone know if airlines hire staff psychologists? I know that the FAA requires psych testing for airline pilots, which are normally done by unbiased third parties, but would individual airlines ever have a reason to bring on their own staff psychologists?

Given the FAA's policy on mental health treatment, I don't think that's a job I'd want.

IMO, this is one of those policies where you have to wonder if it produces or mentally healthy pilots or just more pilots with untreated mental health issues.
