I just ran into this article on the ADA News website.

"The Arkansas legislature is considering a bill that would allow foreign-trained dentists to bypass the state?s traditional licensure process.

Senate Bill 258 aims to increase the number of Spanish-speaking dentists to provide care for the state?s Hispanic population."
