Yes, but get used to schools repeating AAMC stuff. To OP, yes, I've had many schools asking if there are any othe aliases/names you've gone by (to make collecting transcripts and other info easier). On the topic of repetition, I've had school re-request all my ECs in whatever format they want them in. I even had an interview that was basically a regurgitation of my AAMCAS ECs and essay. It happens.

So I have a legit question here and I hope no one will judge me. Do we have to tell them every name we've gone by? I used an alias to do a not-so-nice video once to pay for my undergrad. I'd prefer to leave that behind me and not reveal my "stage name". What would happen if they found out I left that off my apps?

 I hope you're a troll - and I'm assuming you are especially considering the screen name.

If it was never a legal name - I think it will be ok.

The main need for aliases is for academic records and criminal records. So unless you formally changed your name for said video, got arrested for prostitution for it and proceded to get a criminal record under that name - I think you'll be ok.

Was your stage name "Tater Salad"?
