so first off, why do they take forever to tell you your application is complete? do they update it once your file is actually reviewed or do they just have a really slow front office? also, what's been the turnaround time for interviewers to you all who have one? lemme know and feel free to open up this discussion to anything else albany related.

And what's the deal with "processing"....everything is there but needs to be "processed"...what does that mean? Ugh....anyways, I was deemed fit for review last week...about time.

P.S. All things considered, they do have the nicest admissions people though. Mad props to Bonnie 😀

I wonder how long it takes to be ready for review and actually reviewed...

I was complete in mid September and I got an invite today so they are coming

i am from california - and it was a little over a month after i submitted when i got the interview invite. i don't know what my status was in the interim (i'm assuming "complete") because i tried to not neurotically check it.

I was complete mid august, and still nothing. I called twice and the nice ladies told me that my file is still with the reviewer. Its kinda strange though considering that people who were complete over a month after me got some notification. Well I guess waiting is better than getting a hold or rejection, but somehow I dont have a very good feeling about this. 😳

Albany reviews all files by hand so in deciding whether or not your'e invited for an interview takes awhile. I interviewed this week and they said that they've received more applications this year than last year this time. Interviews just started last week, so no worries. The earliest decisions are not going out until the the end of November and committee meets on Tuesdays to review files of people who have interviewed for all of you peoples interested.

I keep getting an error - I can't even get to the website. I think it is just down.

But I could be banned too for the same reason as you. 🙄
