All you DO students only applying to MD residencies...

I know many people are in this situation so am surprised this hasn't come up recently. I am a DO student and will be applying to MD family medicine residencies only- purely for geographic reasons. Here is my question: Do I just need to worry about ERAS and NRMP? Anything else I need to do differently than the typical US allopathic applicant?

Also, I believe we can start our applications on July 1st. I believe the first day we can submit is September 1st. Does anyone know the first day that Program Director's can submit their own rankings? I am curious because I want to know if I should change my COMLEX II CK date since programs won't rank you until they get your score.
