In the past I somewhat defended Alliant for at least being a non-profit school, as opposed to Argosy. Well, things have changed.

- Alliant’s Board of Trustees has decided to convert to a benefit corporation and join in a partnership with University Ventures. The Board reviewed the various legal documents that would govern such a transition and decided that this proposal is in the best interests of the University.
