Allo FM Residency Programs-- need USMLE or ok with just Comlex scores?

Do you need USMLE scores for allopathic family medicine residency programs as DO student, or would just comlex scores be ok?

COMLEX is fine. USMLE scores are always nice but typically never required. Be realistic though. If you are a top student and think you will do well, take the usmle because you may change your mind after 3rd year rotations.
