Almost finished with UW, can someone please advise...

I need your guys' advice, I'm taking my test on july 31st and should finish usmleworld by the end of this week. My cum average is 66%. What do you think I should do after I'm done for the remainder 4 weeks? Should I read Step up to medicine, some ob and peds? Should i redo usmleworld? or should i do kaplan qbook or qbank?

Any advice would be wonderful!
