I don't think you are. Well, I think the key important factor to do well on the mcat is to get familiar with many topics. To do that, you have to keep reading it even if you understood everything. Keep reading, keep solving problems, manage your time, then you will be fine.

Just keep at it but also make sure you take AAMC practice tests within the next few weeks to get familiar with the format of the test.

for the physics, how much do we have to know?

it seems so much. do we just really need to know primarily Newtonian stuff?

Nah, definitely know more than Newtonian stuff. I've taken a number of the aamc tests and I've come across passages such as harmonics, electomagnetism, and more

If you are a playstation playing, remote-control pointing mouse potato, then you are definitely behind. But if a self-starter, you're right in between being behind and being just fine.

And to not be behind, you absolutely have to study hard and finish O'chem and Physics within the next week (I didn't say you have to know everything). And that leaves you 3 weeks to review and take practice tests and review again. Goodluck.
