Am I Considered a URM

Alright, I am confused with the URM. I know that you have to be a Mexican-American, African American and mainland Puerto Rican to be considered a URM according to the AAMC. Here is my story. I was born in Nicaragua come from a low income family and how many Nicaraguan doctors do you know out there? Just wanted to hear what everyone has to say about this.
