you dont have to fill up all of them. its not quantity but quality, dont put stuff just to take up space.

Exactly, you don't have to fill up all 15. Make sure everything you put there is significant, something you can talk about in depth at an interview. Listing superficial exposures can only hurt you.

I agree with this too, it's better to have like 5-8 quality and meaningful activities than just put in stuff to fill up all 15 spaces. I think that it is actually detrimental to list fluff to answer all 15, because it detracts from the overall quality.
