AMCAS 2002 email re application submission..

I got an email today thanking me for "adhering to" AMCAS "reccommendations" regarding the alphabetic submission of applications due to the anticipated high traffic.

If it was anticipated why didn't they plan for it?!?

Very interesting... Maybe just wanted to sound intelligent by saying that they didn't really screw up and that they anticipated that they would screw things up.... What the heck to I know? I'm not in AMCAS....
