Hey all,
Hate to bring up this dreaded topic but wanted to get a little insight from last years folks before they all depart to Allopathic forums.
Was last years MCAT registration (april and august 2001) done online?
The reason I ask is because this years online MCAT registration seemed to go pretty smoothly. I'm wondering if this may be an indication that AMCAS has gotten a little better at the whole digital thing.
I understand that the AMCAS application is much more involved and potentially higher traffic. However, the worksheet and the instruction book seem to portray AMCAS as having a better handle on things.
Did any of you have this same optimism before the debacle last year?
And are they serious about using email as their primary means of communication? Did they do this last year? and did it work?
Please feel free to squelch my optimsim.
Thanks and good luck to all who are accepted those on waitlists and those simply waiting.
