AMCAS 2007 Question

I know its a stupid question, but I couldn't find the detail to when its okay to submit the AMCAS for this next application cycle. Could anyone help me out, I'm fairly new to this? Also, is it wise to send transcripts now (or at least soon) to have them processed before others?

AMCAS Opens approx. May 1.
AMCAS is able to be submitted approx June 1.

It hasn't even opened for 2007 yet...you must be filling out the 2006 one. That won't do you any good. Wait until May.

2007 isn't even an option on the website to begin filling it out.

woops, I wasn't even paying attention. I just assumed since it was 2006 that it was this application cycle. Can I just open a new one in May?
