When I submitted my application at the end of May, one of my activities had a certain volunteer coordinator on staff. Since I submitted, she is no longer with the company. I entered her specific e-mail in the app. At the moment, e-mailing that address produces an automatic response that refers you to the new coordinator instead. However, that e-mail address will not be active throughout the duration of the year.

What is the approximate timeline that schools may reach out to contact names? I can ask the organization I volunteered with to keep the e-mail and automatic response active until a certain date, but that may be problematic for them if it is a very long-term situation.

Otherwise, would my best course of action be to e-mail each school with the change?

I know that not all schools reach out to these contacts, but if a school does choose to reach out and they get a bounced back e-mail saying the recipient does not exist, that could look pretty fishy I think.

Thank you!

99% chance they won't reach out to any of the contacts let alone this singular one. If they do, it'l be after May and you can just give them the new email if they even bother to ask.
