When is the earliest we can turn AMCAS in? Do you suggest turning it in as soon as possible? Do any of you think that the earlier you applied the better your chances were of getting in to the school of your choice. What suck's more, secondaries or AMCAS. Thanks..

AMCAS...and few other Questions..

The earliest you can turn it in is June 1st, and I think it becomes available this year May 1st. You should definately turn it in as SOON as possible because most schools are rolling admission. I applied late and so all my interviews were later than they should have been. When you get your secondaries turn those in ASAP too! Applying earlier increases your chances of getting in. Good luck!!!!!

the earlier the better. i turned mine in july 1 (last year we couldn't submist until about june 18 due to problems with web servers).
i got early interviews at some schools. i even interviewed with early decision applicants, which suprised the interviewer (bonus for me!). i got in about 3 weeks after they found out their decisions.
it can only help you to get in early.
also the secondaries are the true pains in the buttocks, you have to do one for each school. sometimes you can recycle essays. sometimes you cannot.
