AMCAS and transcripts

I had my school send off my transcript along with the AMCAS request form a week ago, and I still haven't gotten a notification that they received it. Is this normal? I had a transcript from the college where I took summer classes sent to AMCAS, and they got it in 2 days. What's going on?

I am still waiting on one school out of three. You can call the records department and ask when the transcript was sent out. I called about the last one I have out, and they said it was processed and sent on May 13th-- so I guess some take time. Just be patient they will get there

They'll send you a notification e-mail. It usually takes a few weeks.
