My undergrad lists both contact hours and actual credits for a class. I'm going over my app to make sure I don't have any errors and realized I'm not entirely sure which one to put in. I'm assuming actual credits

Ex: Gen Chem was 7 contact hours, 5 credits, I entered 5 into AMCAS

Thanks

Enter credit hours.
There is no "credit hours" on my transcript. There are credits, and there are contact hours. The actual credits are what determine the weight of the GPA, but I just wanted to be sure I'm entering the correct information, since the contact hour/credit ratio DO vary from class to class

Credit hours = credits. Enter the credits.

Enter the "credits". The credits, and the quality hours, are what will be used to calculate your gpa. Not contact hours.

So If I took a Biochem Class with Lab which was 4 credits but had 7 hours worth of lectures/labs/discussions should I list 4 credits or 7?
