AMCAS GPA verificiation

Hi does the AO gpa matter? My AO gpa is much lower (3.48) than my BPCM (3.96) and overall (3.87)? Will the AO gpa hurt me?

Also I forgot to add that my AO is based on very few classes (less than 20 credits total) thanks and I'm sorry if I'm being paranoid/obsessive/neurotic.
