hey all,

I took a class at my first school and it was a 3 hr class. I failed my placement exam when i transferred so now I'm retaking it. However, at my current school it's a 4 hour class. I know the grades are averaged together, but how does this work considering the classes at the 2 different schools are worth a different number of hours? would they just be weighted according to their # hrs?

Thanks

AMCAS treats repeated courses (regardless of where you took it) as if they were separate courses. Don't try to combine courses and average, simply total everything together.
