I sumbitted after lots of errors My balance shows $0.00 I received an email from them saying they received my application and my payment. I then recieved an answer to my email to them asking if they recieved my apllication and how many times they charged my credit card since my screen kept flashing. The email said I had not submitted, they didn't charge my credit card ever and I wasn't in their data base and I need to sumbit again at my convenience. This is a bold faced lie. I called my credit card and it says I was charged by them two weeks ago. Is this fraud? Do they want to be paid double? Can you imagine what it would be like trying to get a refund from them? I'm sure they would say it was my fault for submitting too many times. NOW WHAT DO I DO????? Is there a place where we can go in person and find out what to do due to their incompetance?
