From Amcas:

We regret to inform you that your request for Academic Change as been denied for
one of the following reasons:

? AMCAS does not correct course name, title or number once it has been
processed and sent to the designated medical schools.

Here's what happened - I listed my Bio I and Bio Lab I courses as Bio II, and Bio Lab II so it looks like I took them both twice.

Now, I thought it was AMCAS's job to fix little goofs like that during the verification process. They didn't and now won't change it. WTF????

Should I write to all the schools and let them konw, or just hope they don't notice??

I would call or email the schools you have applied to and ask them what courses show up on your application. Most of the schools will add your email to your file so they have documentation about anything you want to add or any problems you may have had with AMCAS. I would try to copy paste the info AMCAS sent you. Don't hope that the schools don't notice, because believe me...they will "notice" EVERYTHING!!!!
