AMCAS LOR Pilot schools

For schools that are in the pilot LOR program with AMCAS (ie Baylor, Harvard), do your LORs have to be submitted WITH the primary? In other words, do they require that you've sent in all your LORs for your primary to be considered complete? Or will they start to send secondaries before you've sent in the LORs?

No. It states this within the AMCAS application itself.
