AMCAS on hold, amcas phone number please

I submitted the application yesterday and it says that it's on hold because they haven't received on of my transcripts which I requested in June. I called the school and said that they had mailed it. Can someone tell me AMCAS phone number and whether it's worth calling about a lost transcript. I really don't want to lose another week requesting another one. When the application is on hold because of a transcript, are they working on it at all or they won't do anything until they have everything? Thanks

You could call AAMC at (202) 828-0600. But at this point you will probably just have to have a new transcript sent.

Did you ever receive an email from AMCAS stating they got your transcript? If not, order another transcript right away. They won't start verifying your app until they've got all your transcripts.
