AMCAS: Transcript = Exception Request Pending?

I have one transcript showing up as 'exception request pending'. It is a master's program I just started this week, so I don't have a transcript. Have any of you went through this 'exception request' process? and if so, how long did it take?

I have the same thing on my AMCAS application that I submitted online. It is for a school that I am currently attending for additional coursework that I am taking. I don't think it would be too much of a problem. Don't worry about it because if you don't have a transcript, especially if you just started, what can you do? Good luck.......
