Alright... so, I mailed my transcript request two weeks ago from my lousy hick-ville post office, and supposedly, it never reached my college. I've already submitted my AMCAS application, and now I cannot print out another request form. Has anyone had any luck submitting their transcripts without the AMCAS form? Could I just have the registrar attach my AMCAS ID #?

God, I hate living in the sticks!

PM me your e-mail address and I'll send you the official transcript request form that you have to fill out if you no longer have access to the ones on AMCAS. I'm not home now though so I'll only be able to do e-mail you later tonight.

I had the same thing happen to me and sent it in without the form. Everything worked out just fine and it did not slow down my app at all. Just make sure you get the right address for the transcripsts from AMCAS.

The registrar just told me that I could send it to this address:

AAMC
2450 N Street NW
Washington DC, 20037-1123

Is that not correct? Geez, I really hope so.

Yup, that was the address. Just make sure they put your AMCAS id on there and you are good to go.

This happened to me last year, but it's no big deal. I just made my own AMCAS transcript request. I put my name, address, and AAMC ID on a form and made sure my school included it with my tsc as an attachment.
