Hi,
Does anyone know how to submit this transcript for AMCAS?
Is there an email address that is used to submit the transcript?

My understanding is that the new system implemented for COVID that allows email, requires the registrar to reach out first for instructions, and ACE said that they will not do that.

Please see attached

Thank you!!

Sounds like you are going to have to do a paper transcript in that case. E-mail addresses are not made available to us as non-registrars.

The ACS won't send out paper transcripts, only through their portal which requires an email address.

Thank You!!!

Wow! They refuse to do paper, and they refuse to conform to the direction of the requesting institution. It's their way or the highway! You definitely have an issue.

What would they have done in a non-COVID world where AMCAS didn't accept e-mailed transcripts? The e-mails are nothing more than a one-time accommodation because people are working remotely and might not be able to do the paper transcripts. AMCAS clearly doesn't want to accept e-mails from the general public, so they are either not publishing the e-mail address, or they are making unique ones for specific senders in order to try to control fraud. Is there no electronic service, like Parchment, that you can use? Good luck!!
