where can i find a ranked list or book some sort in each specialty

i dont think there is an official book per se, maybe in magazines at the state/community level. there are so many factors at play when determining who are the "top docs." it's all relative. plus, i'm sure there are a bunch of stellar docs who are not on the radar because they dont receive much publicity but are doing great things in the community, for example.
