Amplitude of Accommodation vs. Age: Online Chart...?

Does anyone know where I can find an online chart that has the ages of people vs. their expected amplitude of accommodation? I've seen scores of these, but can't remember where to find one.

Actually, what I meant to ask for was a chart of the age & near point of accommodation, in cm or inches.
