Dynamic Human is pretty good.

There is software called "ADAM" that we use at a community college where I teach. It's way too advanced for the classes there but may be good for med school -- I haven't played with it too much. (I think you can get a 30 day free trial somehow)

if you know how to use torrents, you can dl netter's anatomy software, its pretty good. you can check out torrentspy.com for instructions on how it works.

the adam cd costs around 70 to 100 USD, depending on he site. But the exercise book that comes with it is the key.The cd/dvd is called AIA4...has hundreds of layers. You will love it.With kaplan its deadly.
Ebay has it too, but don buy without the book/guide.

While not "standard" anatomy software, check out the interactive site at Center for Human Simulation and select the Visible Human Experiance link. It allows you to look at different systems with renderings and crosssection images of a cadaver.
