Anes. Surgicenter partnership illegal in TX?

Curious if any attendings could comment on this.

One of my attendings told me that it is illegal in Texas for an anesthesiologist to have a partnership in a free-standing surgical center. Is this true, and can you cite where I can find more information on this law?
