Anesth. 2003???

Hi guys,

I'm a bit new hear and read some of the earlier posts concerning different anesth. programs.

I am thinking about applying to anesth. next yr. and was wondering if the people who matched this yr. could mention the programs they liked on the interview trail and why, also why they like the program they are finally going to.

I hope u'll help out the future anesthesiologists.

Also,

IF fellow FMGs who got in this yr. could mention the programs that are friendly to interviewing FMGs it would be of great help. That also includes programs that we, FMGs, should stay away from.

You forgot Cook County in Chicago...they are almost all FMG's. Good program lots of critical care.

I interviewed at cook county for prelim in med. Cook is a very depressing place. I would not do my residency there. I thinks its still possible for an IMG to get a good University program.
