My practice is looking for a full time anesthesiologist for work in a suburb of Washington DC (about a 45 min drive from DC in the AM). We are mainly a pain group, but we have a contract with this small hospital to do anesthesia. There are four ORs, endo/bronch cases, and OB. Cases are usually CRNA supervision during the day, but no CRNAs take o/n call. Call is currently shared by three other MDs, you would be the fourth. Days are typically 7-4pm. Call is usually light, but the location requires that you either live nearby (not right around DC), or stay in the practice-owned apartment (nice), or hospital call room.
