Another MPH v. MHA question?

What are the MHA programs in the country? Are there any official accredited programs in the Northeast, preferably Massachusetts?

I'm still debating whether to go MHA or MPH. Also, has anyone heard anything of the Brown MPH program?

Excellent question about the difference between the two programs. I've started looking into the sticky thread above and it's quite helpful. It has links to accreditations and MPH and MS. I'm still working on understanding the differences though.
